Luxury777 Terms and Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Guide

1. Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the luxury777 website, iOS and Android mobile apps, and all digital services provided by luxury777.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the luxury777 platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds available in a member's account at any given time, excluding bonuses that have not yet met their wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" refers to any credit, voucher, or complimentary benefit granted by luxury777 to a member based on a promotion or loyalty programme.
• "Wagering Requirement" (wagering requirement) refers to the minimum wagering amount a member must complete before a bonus can be converted into withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required before any fund withdrawal can be processed.

2. Account Eligibility

Luxury777 services are available only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently on any self-exclusion list or active responsible gaming protection programme.
• Use the platform solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.
• Not representing any third party or acting as an agent on behalf of another individual.

3. Registration & Identity Verification

When registering an account at luxury777, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal is approved. Required documents include:

1. A copy of your MyKad national ID or valid passport.
2. A selfie holding your identity document.
3. Proof of payment method (bank statement or e-wallet account screenshot) in the same name as the luxury777 account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Luxury777 supports a range of local payment methods including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Online, Public Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is RM10 for most payment methods.
• All deposits are processed instantly with no additional charges from luxury777.
• Luxury777 is not responsible for any delays caused by the member's bank or third-party payment providers.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM30 per request.
• Withdrawals are processed automatically within 5 minutes for e-wallet methods, and within 1–24 hours for bank transfers.
• All withdrawals must be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless special approval has been granted by the support team.
• Your first withdrawal requires a successful KYC verification before it can be processed.
• Luxury777 reserves the right to impose daily or weekly withdrawal limits depending on the member's account tier and verification status.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Luxury777 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the terms and wagering requirements stated in their respective promotion terms. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, household, IP address, and payment method unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met within the specified time frame. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.

6. Game Rules

The following general rules apply to all games:

• All game results are final once a round is completed. No appeals will be entertained for outcomes that have been correctly recorded by the system.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, luxury777 will attempt to restore the game to its last valid state. If restoration is not possible, the affected bets will be fully refunded to the member's account balance.
• All games use an independently verified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness and transparency of outcomes.
• The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are clearly stated within the game interface.
• Luxury777 reserves the right to restrict or deny access to any specific game or market without providing a reason.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on the luxury777 platform and may result in disciplinary action including immediate account suspension or termination:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to automate betting or in-game actions.
• Odds arbitrage or sure betting techniques designed to exploit differences in odds.
• Transferring funds between different member accounts to circumvent bonus wagering requirements.
• Attempting to falsify your identity or using fraudulent verification documents.
• Sharing or selling your account to another person.
• Any form of money laundering or illegal financial activity conducted through the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing support staff or other members.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or system errors to gain unauthorized advantages.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

A member's account may be terminated or suspended in the following circumstances:

• Upon the member's own request through the customer support channel.
• As a result of breaching any term outlined in this document.
• If account activity raises reasonable suspicion of fraud or misconduct.
• If a member is found to have provided false information during registration or the KYC process.
• For operational or legal compliance reasons deemed necessary by luxury777.

If your account is terminated due to a terms violation, luxury777 reserves the right to freeze all balances associated with suspicious activity while an investigation is conducted. For account closures requested by the member with no outstanding issues, the account balance will be returned within 5 business days.

9. Liability Limits

Luxury777 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of anticipated profits or financial opportunities.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, third-party issues, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• Any damage to a user's device occurring during or as a result of using the platform.
• Unauthorized access to a member's account due to the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

The maximum liability of luxury777 to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

Luxury777 reserves the right to amend, update, or add to the terms in this document at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via a notice on the platform or by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.

This document and all disputes arising from it are subject to the applicable laws. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably may be referred to a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution process.
